Everything on PositionBoss.com, including articles, guides, examples, videos and e-mails, is general information and education about our Software and about trading in general. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any financial product, and it does not consider your situation. Trading gold carries a high risk of loss; read the Risk Disclosure.

2. Examples and illustrations

Pictures of the panel and charts may be illustrations with made-up numbers, or screenshots of earlier versions. Real trades shown on the website are single trades chosen to explain how a feature works. They are not typical results and do not promise any result. Example settings (for example take-profit steps for scalping) are examples, not recommendations.

3. Accuracy

We try to keep the website correct and up to date, but we do not promise that every detail is complete, current or free of errors. Product features can change with updates; the documentation of your version applies.

4. Reviews and testimonials

We only publish reviews and statements of real customers, with their permission. Their experience is personal and not typical. If a person received anything from us for a statement, we say so.

5. Partners and links

Our partners (affiliates) are independent. They may earn a commission when you buy through their link. We are not responsible for what they say, and they may not promise profits on our behalf. Links to other websites are for convenience; we do not control them.

6. Brand names

Broker names are mentioned only to say which brokers the Software works with. We are not connected with, sponsored by or endorsed by any broker or by MetaQuotes. MetaTrader is a trademark of MetaQuotes Ltd. Other names belong to their owners.

7. Where this website is aimed

The website is not aimed at people in countries where its content or the use of trading software is not allowed.

8. Liability for the website

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from relying on information on this website. Section 20 of the Licence Agreement applies in the same way.

   The texts, guides, tools, pictures of our panel, charts, videos, logos and design of this website are protected by copyright and belong to us or our licensors. "PositionBoss" and "Gold Position Manager" are our trademarks.
2. 9.2
   You may read our pages, print or save a legal document for your own records, and share a link to any page. You may quote a short part of a guide if you name PositionBoss and link to the page.
3. 9.3
   Without our written permission you may not copy, republish, sell or change our texts, pictures or videos, collect them with automated tools, use them to train or feed artificial-intelligence systems, or use pictures or recordings of our software to make, advertise or sell another product.
